At Maddy Mind, we take pride in the quality of every 3D-printed piece we create. Because our products are custom-made to order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All Maddy Mind products are 3D printed on demand. As such:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming, as we begin production shortly after payment is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right. Here’s what to do:
- Contact us at maddymindofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach uncut video of unboxing and clear photos of the damaged item
- Include your order numbe
Once we review your claim, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement of the same item
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and uncut video of unboxing. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorisation
